FOOD COACHING

Our Food Coaching programme was funded by the Postcode Neighbourhood Trust, providing FREE access to coaching and cookery classes for people experiencing food insecurity in the North East of England.

Participants were matched with a personal Food Coach and the programme included 1 month of food plan workshops, with at least 8 small group cookery classes - all very much personalised to the participants.

Alternatively, you can build your confidence in the kitchen by attending our free cookery classes or by volunteering with us.
